Acceptance of Terms

By using UniSignIn and the https://www.unisignin.com/ website ("Service"), a service created by Transfon Ltd. ("Transfon"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Your use of any part of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms from that point onward.

Definitions

1. Service: Refers to the services provided by Transfon, including the UniSignIn website, the UniSignIn API, the Transfon client software, and any other software or services offered by Transfon.
2. Transfon: The owner and operator of the Transfon Services, distributing the software and services.

Changes to Terms

Transfon may modify the Terms from time to time. If the Terms change substantively, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. During this period, you may reject the changes by terminating your account.

You may not use the Services if you are barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United Kingdom or other countries, including your country of residence or from where you use the Services. You affirm that you are over 13 years old, as the Services are not intended for children under 13.

You will not bypass any technical limitations in the software, nor reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where permitted by law.

Prohibited Use of Data and Services

Customers are prohibited from using the data, services, or any derived information provided by Transfon to create, support, or contribute to a similar or competing service or product. This protects Transfon's proprietary and intellectual property rights, including algorithms, functionalities, user interface designs, and data models.

Customers shall not sell, resell, lease, license, sublicense, distribute, make available, rent, or transfer the Services, data, or access to the API to any third party without explicit written permission from Transfon or as part of an authorized affiliate program.

Restrictions and Responsibilities

2.1 Customer Restrictions: Customers will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, know-how, or algorithms relevant to the Services or any related software, documentation, or data ("Software"). Customers will not modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any Software (except as expressly permitted by Transfon). The Services or any Software cannot be used for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party. Customers must not remove any proprietary notices or labels. Transfon grants customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software during the Term only in connection with the Services.

2.2 Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access, or use the Services, including modems, hardware, servers, software, operating systems, networking, and web servers ("Equipment"). Customers must maintain the security of the Equipment, account, passwords, and files, and are responsible for all uses of the account or Equipment, with or without their knowledge or consent.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the actions of all users of your account and any data created, stored, displayed, or transmitted by your account while using Transfon. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Transfon’s Services or networks connected to Transfon.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information when registering to use the Services. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and auth tokens and for any use of your account.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide when using our Services. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information, including its transfer to the UK, USA, Ireland, and/or other countries for storage, processing, and use by Transfon and its affiliates.

Pricing, Plans, and Features

For current pricing and plans, please see the pricing page on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, and features at any time without notice.

Payment and Credit Control

All services are billed monthly or yearly in advance. If you upgrade from a free or trial account, you will be immediately charged for the full account. Your monthly payment will be due on that date each month onwards. For services paid 12 months in advance, payment is taken in full on each anniversary. A valid debit or credit card must be provided at all times for your account to remain active. If a payment request is declined, access to your account may be suspended until a valid payment is processed and a valid card is associated with your account.

Cancellation and Termination

You are responsible for ensuring your account is properly canceled. An email requesting cancellation is not sufficient. You can cancel your account at any time from the "Account" section within the Service. All your content will be immediately deleted and cannot be recovered once your account is canceled. Cancellation is effective immediately, and paid accounts will not be charged again from that point forward.

Transfon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future use of the Service at any time for any reason. Transfon also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Transfon collects and stores any personal information you provide when signing up for an account. Your personal information will be permanently removed when you cancel your account.
